About Our Facility

The Athletic Edge Sports Performance Training Center provides a private training experience for elite amateur and professional athletes. Our proven training protocols and training techniques elevate athletic performance. Strength, Speed, Agility, Power, Flexibility are components that focused on to improve sport specific performance.

The 8,500 sq. ft. training facility features a FieldTurf  Speed and Agility area, Woodway Treadmills, Keiser Strength equipment, Vertimax Jump Platforms along with a room dedicated for Yoga and Pilates classes. In addition, the facility  houses a team meeting and video room, along with an Athletes Lounge and Sports Medicine room where athletes can recover in between training sessions.

In addition Athletic Edge Sports has partnered with the Premier Sports Campus of Lakewood Ranch, FL.  The Premier Sports Campus was opened in April of 2011 and is home to 22 full-sized sports fields covering 140 acres of Celebration grass and underground irrigation.  Athletic Edge is the offical training provider to the PSC and its host tenants and visiting teams.

Athletic Edge Sports training facility is the training choice of athletes locally, joining athletes who travel from all over the US and abroad to train in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
